I think it can count to 1 portion of fruit. As long as your buy it in its natural juice with no addedd ingredients, then it should be calorie free like fresh fruit.

Yes, of course. Fruit and vegetables are good for you whether fresh, frozen or tinned.
Some may lose some nutrients when tinned or frozen, but also when overcooked. Whilst fresh probably is best, canned or frozen is better than nothing and still pretty good for you anyway.
So enjoy!
And by the way, everything has calories in it, so no, it isn't calorie free, but neither is fresh fruit. It is very low though. See below link for calories in fruit:

tin fruit does still count as part of your 5 a day and i think it still contains the same calories, i also heard that tinned fruit is better coz it keeps all the vitamins where as you lose some by the way we chop and prepare the fruit!

Some manufacturers state that tinned fruit is sometimes better than fresh as it is processed faster than the fresh fruit left on shop shelves for days on end.

Sophie W,
Yes it does. I think I would be careful calling this product calorie free. There is no such thing as calorie free fruit, actually fruit can be very high in calories.
