I know someone said Bridgette's Bakery but you didn't say where...

And to answer your question jon-mac, singapore has yellow pages but they don't put "butter cream cakes" in the listings, duh. Thanks for attempting to answer my question though.

There's a Bridgette's bakery in Thunderbay and one in Sault St. Marie too! Must be a chain or a Franchise .. I learned how to make butter cream cakes. Are the ones you talking about somewhat like cup cakes with buttercream inside? You might find the answer your looking for my asking in the browszer ask.com! I use to order from Singapore butter cream cakes. address was 28 Main street. Don't remember what company name was. I know it wasn't Bridgette's! I think it was Aero but I could be wrong!
