Definitely. I would give it back because I don't want to feel bad for the rest of my life...!

Wait a second people. it's the casino we are talking about here. If you are a regular visitor, then you have lost thousands of dollars already, so this $900 would be just a little payback. Beside, are you sure you read the line correctly? Maybe you actually won $900. The machine does not make a mistake like this one or the casino will be out of business before you can even cash that voucher. ;)

Lets see the strip alone in Las Vegas is a something liek 15 billion dollar a year cash cow-- that puts that one area about 5 miles long at probably the most profitable industry in the world.
These casinos making billions and now spread out from the strip and all over the USA--- I dont thinnk the 900 bucks is something that will hurt them and would rather see the average joe keep it. Just my opinion : )
hey here is Las Vegas site I found that is great if you like to bet sports- and they giving Free Vegas Vacations to all new customers- as well free winners,, free contestss , etc,,,its Awesome and I have been getting good sports info

My answer is 'YES'. Because may be I will go to a slot machine to win something (money). Do you think I am a winner if I take $900 instead of $9? For me, I dare say that if I take $900, I am a really loser. I lost my morality. I lost myself. So I lost everything. If I really want to win a game, or may be a bet, I must be honest. So I will give back $891 as I want to be a really winner.

I work in a La's Vegas and i can tell you that by cashing in the ticket it would make you a felon. Any money even found on the ground is casino property. So by knowing that you are cashing in a ticket that is printed wrong would be a crime, and is punishable by 10 years in jail. Plus the fact that it would never happen in the first place, machines don't make mistakes, people do.

I love these ethical questions. Honestly, casinos have such a big advantage over the average player that if I did receive a large amount of money by mistake, I would keep it. I figure it is the law of averages...sometimes you lose money at the casino and sometimes money has a way of finding you.
Now, if I was at the grocery store and I got an extra $20 bill in with my change, I would give it back. The casino won't miss $900 at all, but the cashier that makes a mistake could lose his/her job.

This is an easy one. I would kep the money - the casino is making millions of dollars a year and us poor schmuks are working to have enough to buy a case of ber and a pizza on the weeknd. 900$ for them is a drop in the bucket - keep it and treat your friends to a nice time and maybe pay a bill or 2.

Depends how much I won or lost already. If I am loosing a lot of money, then I would keep it. However, if I was in the gain category, then I would give it back and not tempt my luck.

Yes, I would give it back because most likely the eye in the sky or some security person will probably see it and then you might find yourself in a small cage with someone named BUBBA.
