I understand what you've been going through with rheumatologists, they love to give medicine. It's quite a combination you have been taking. No wonder you don't feel any better.

What you need is physical therapy mainly, a good massage therapist to work out the pain you are experiencing. I have Fibromyalgia and many other conditions and the only thing that really keeps me going is massage therapy.

See if you can get your rheumatology doctor to recommend a physical therapy group that will be hopefully covered by your insurance. If not try and locate one on your own. I guarantee you will feel much better when you get regular massage therapy .
