How long is it?
How many AC units?
Generator?
Is engine gas or diesel?

More information is needed...
45K miles isn't bad, interior can be worked with. As long as there aren't any water leaks / damage and chassis is straight, might be a good fixer-upper.

remember that the odometer from that year vehicle doesn't show 100,000 miles when the vehicle reaches that, it rolls back to all zeros, so I think that the RV might just have 145,000 miles on it because you said the interior was worn out. And if thats the case I would offer them $2,500 (what engine does it have, 318, 340, 360?)
