How do i find My CD ROM'S root directory?

I am trying to install a mobile phone usb cable to my computer. but when i put in the CD ROM nothing happens. It says Double click to run the setup.exe file in the CD ROM'S root directory

Please help me if you can

Click Start > My computer > Then the Drive the CD is in (Usually D:) You will find setup.exe in there.

Right-click on the CDROM drive letter (normally is D: or E:) and choose open.
