Get them ONLY from your doctor so you'll be sure what you're taking.
You can order prescription meds online but most of them are filled in 3rd world countries and are completely unregulated. They can send you rat poison as easily as sugar pills. Please be careful.

You're wasting your time if your doctor shopping. Darn few doctors wil Rx pain meds on the 1st visit....there are just too many non narcotic alternatives out there...imitrex, midrin, topamax, maxsalt, etc. Stay with one doctor and over a period of time your medical history will move him toward a medication that works. I suffer from migraines and compressed disc fractures and since my records show That I have tried just about everything and don't insist on pain killers....when I tell my doctor the medication that works he simply writes the presrciption. I have an appointment today and if things go as usual he'll ask a few questions, review my last visit and write me a prescription for 120 narcotic pain pills. But he knows me and that the other meds actually don't work.
Question they must ask...how do you know that only pain meds work. Trust me walking in and telling a soctor only narcotics will work are the quickest way to not get them. Of course I'm over 50 and have gone to a new doctor in a new town and have been written the pain medication i need just by being knowledgeable about my condition and telling the doctor the truth.
My guess is your under 30 and are a little too insistant on wanting narcotics. I could be wrong...but in today's world doctors are very careful about writing controlled drugs. Heck, I have even turned down Vicodin &Percocet because they don't work on my migraines. I use Fiorinal with codeine. Not exactly a well known drug and has little street value so my doctor is never concerned about my using it. But it is indicated for migraines.

Legally, you can't. Prescription meds are prescription for a reason...they are controlled substances.
If you try to get them off the internet or some fly by night "pharmacy", you are taking serious risks, not only to your health but also to your freedom.
Talk to your doctor.

It depends on the state you're in. Some states have passed laws requiring identification which will be put into a state database, to prevent multiple prescriptions.

you cant get pain meds legally without a prescription unless you want to risk jail time. let your doctor know what work and what doesn't. you may need to have MRI or ct scan to find cause of migraines. good luck.
