Your hip is not dislocated, the muscles have been over used and that's what's causing the pain. Jogging is one of the hardest things on the joints of the body. You would be better off to do water exercises and swimming. This has no impact on the joints.

A good massage therapist could take down the pain from the spasms and inflammation in your hip. also a chiropractor can help your problem. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

I'm sure if you cut back on your exercises and see a good physical therapist you will feel better.

You must quit going for walks till you get tested by means of a physician. Take it convenient on that leg up to feasible. Sit in a cozy function, prevent needless undertaking adding wearing heavy units. Take a holiday from the undertaking till you might have a analysis, you're risking doing harm or extra harm for your joint. I'm now not definite I'd begin with a chiropractor in this challenge. It will not do any harm, however don't forget calling your GP. You'll more often than not get in quicker. If you do this, and also you additionally plan on seeing the chiropractor, be certain speak that for your GP.
