I am not sure if you are talking about chicken flavoring, boullion or what is actuall called "chicken essence" here in Asia. If it is the real "chicken essence" they take it as a dietary supplement, and it is available in pill form.
If it is flavoring, just add it to some water and cook with it.

what do you mean by " how to use chicken essence?
I drink it once a day.
drink it all, do not left it if you have opened it, if you left it opened and dont drink it end, there wilL be bacteria inside. and if you left it half, put it in refrigerator

You use it just like any other spice. Sprinkle it on the chicken prior to cooking. You can also season your flour with it if you are deep frying. Even as a garnish. BAM!
