take protein and glutamine supplement before and after your workout, also you might want to consume oatmeals, turkey breast, lean steak, these are high in proteins. Remember to get enough rest after your weight training

i have always found it best to eat a small snack with high protein before working out. i used to eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter 30 min before every workout. it stays with you through the workout. after workout, try to eat eggs, meat and dry toast.be consistent with meals and workouts.
