800 calories a day while working out is seriously risking your health. I wouldn't go beneath 1500.

Bear in mind that when you radically reduce your normal caloric intake, your body will reset itself so that when you do resume eating normally you will probably gain back all the weight you lost AND then some because your body will want to create fat stores in case it ever has another "famine".

whoa... stop right there. That is not healthy. You could die from doing something like that. Your body probably needs more than that just to keep you alive even if you did absolutely nothing everyday (Basal Metabolic Rate).

There is no such thing as a safe crash diet. A crash diet coupled with a crazy work out schedule is suicidal. I don't know your measurements right now so its hard to give you a more accurate opinion, but in 2 months, I would say 20lbs would be safe and you do not need to starve yourself to attain that either.

Eat more often throughout the day. This keeps your body "active" and your metabolism higher (which burns more calories) then if you ate large meals less often. I also do not know what your diet is like so its hard to judge where I should start you. If you're eating 2,000 calories a day, thats probably where you should stay. Try incorporating cardio into your weekly routine.

Have you ever worked out before? You didn't give enough background detail on your stats. Do not try to overdo yourself. Start off modestly. You'll wear yourself out and get tired and lazy which will cause you to stop. This leads to your body going back to its original shape and can hurt you emotionally. Start off with a relatively easy 3 times a week at 45-60 mins each time, jogging. Try to keep your heart rate up. This will help you burn calories. You can safely lose about 2-2.5 lbs a week this way.

Remember to eat right and healthily. The key to losing weight and sustaining it is living a healthy lifestyle. If you crash diet and exercise, your body will most likely go back to where it was before, but you will gain additional weight because your body will literally be starving once you decide to "eat normal" again.

Now not simplest will you lose 3 lbs per week you're going to set yourself up for failure. Whilst you do ultimately get a threat to eat you're going to devour more and things you should not. It's much safer for you to progressively cut your energy, maybe right down to a thousand a day but 800 is way too low. I know given that I did the identical factor and lost 54 lbs nevertheless it took a yr and a 1/2. Take into account this you dont reap it over night time and also you dont lose it over night time.

guess what??? even if you do lose those pounds by depriving (and believe me - all you will lose is water weight and muscle not fat) you will gain more than 35lbs as soon as you start eating normal (and you will) AND will make fat loss in future even harder.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

yes it is very possible to do that.if you plan on doing it, you have to fast 24 hours prior to starting the diet. this helps you to start with an empty system.its important to eat small snacks throughout the day, so that there are no peaks and valleys in your blood sugar.you want your metabolism to stay consistent as well. and by snacking it helps to increase metabolism.you will see a big drop in the first two weeks and then it will level off so don't get discouraged. stay away from starches as much as possible. eat lemon on everything if you like it, it helps to burn fat.also, if you like pickle juice, drink about a cup each day.you have 8-15 pounds of undigested food in your body, this will help to clean your system.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

You've not given enough information to give a definitive answer.

For instance, you don't say how tall you are, how much you weigh, or what your bone structure is like.
