i counted my daily calories intake which was 1200 calories and exersiced and burned 850 calories.

I don't think thats right. You're eating ONLY 1200 calories and burned 850 calories??? You need to eat more for one thing. When you do not intake enough calories, your body will catabolize itself and use up whatever it needs to sustain itself (muscle, fat, bone calcium, etc)

3500 calories = 1lb btw.

it depends on your stats.
if you are not under 5ft you shouldnt be eating this little calories.
dont count calories burned - there is no way you can know it precisely.
count time doing cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight training is what you need for FAT loss.
