I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just go to www.myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

First off, how tall are you? If you are average height or above, becoming 120 pounds is too skinny. In this world there is an image and in order to feel beautiful, you have to fit the image. It's a gross and nasty feeling. Any true man would tell you that 120 is a bit to thin. I would only go for 140 (unless you are below 5'3"). The quickest way to lose weight is to eat 5 times a day, but make sure the meals are low in quantity. Also try and include 8 glasses of water or more. Milk is essential. Walk and if you don't feel comfortable doing that, work-out in your own home. Whether it be dancing or a routine you make-up yourself. You have to get your blood flowing and your heart pumping, but you can have fun doing it. Talk with your doctor, many people lose their ambition when they really want to change something. A lot of the times it could be due to depression. What woman in this world doesn't want to "fit the beauty image"? It is a lot of stress, but try talking with your doctor, and let him know this is something you really want. He may be able to help! Good Luck!

It won't be easy to lose 100 lbs in 10 months. You should give yourself some more time. Your all around goal is 100lbs. but for every month you should set smaller goals with your weight. like for one week or two, you should set for 5lbs. And you can't JUST workout, you have to change the way that you eat also. I'm not saying eat lettuce everyday. But most of the things you love are going to have to go or at least change a little. NO MORE FRIED FOODS! Try to stay away from pork, too much salt, and fatty meats. Try grilled, baked and broiled meats. Treat your self every time you make your goal to something small like a small bowl of ice cream. Go to a gym, where other people go, to keep yourself motivated. Seeing the result will keep you motivated also and make you want to keep doing it. Make out a calender of when it it possible for you to go to the gym. And make your schedule around it. My was big too. She took my advice and now she weighs 145lbs from 285. And she looks great. As far as working out, don't over exert yourself. Start off with light walks and small weights. Work your way up. You have to crawl before you walk. It will come in due time. I wish the best of luck to you. Holl@yagurl.......BABE GURL!

Since your are overweight i dont recomed running as it will play havic with hips, kness etc. Get a stationary bike, turn on your fav TV program and before you know it you will have passed 1hr. Keep it intense enough so that you sweat (biking burns more calories than treadmill).
A question to better fiqure out how to help is " do you stay home all day" if so get out the house more as you will be tempted to eat. You must also watch what you eat keep calroes per day below 2000...withing 4 weeks big diff will be noticed provided you do this 5 times per week

You need to make positive changes in your lifestyle that will last you forever, not only for the months it'll take to reach your ideal weight. Start by adding some healthy food to your diet and find a sport that you absolutely love to do. Walk a bit more than normal - some extra stairs, get off the bus a stop earlier etc.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I'm sure you know there are a lot of programs out there. I am currently doing weight watchers and it's the best. It's realistic. It's hard to stick with something that is unrealistic for your lifestyle. With Weight Watchers I can eat whatever I want.. they have a points system- it very easy- it helps to teach portion control. I highly recommend you check it out. I've lost 21 lbs. so far.

Chances are you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while using a meal so you're definitely not gulping down more than you need to feel full.
