find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Stop eating after 7pm
Stop eating bread and sugar and salt
Eat half of what you normally eat (if you eat a big mac, eat a single burger - easy on the sause - large fries = small fries)
Go nuts on eating veggies.
Stick to 3 fruits a day (this helps curb the sugar cravings)
If you get hungry, eat a handful of unsalted almonds & drink a glass of water
DRINK LOADS OF WATER
Go for walks
Don't step on the scale more then twice a month (it can be depressing and cause you to binge eat).
Be proud to lose a pound - even if it took you weeks to lose it - the fact you lost a pound and kept it off is a good thing.
In your minds eye, envision yourself at your ideal weight - and don't let go of that image.
Always be proud of what you've accomplished - no matter how small (the walk around the block, saying no to that extra helping at dinner, losing a half pound, getting into a size 38 jeans and so on....)
Don't expect to lose it all in two weeks.

i lost 15lbs in 5 days

1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

-i feel toned and really healthy =)

I have just lost 25 pounds in 3months using the nutri-system. They provide all the food for three meals a day and 2 snacks per day. I cost around $10.00 per day. I worked great for me. go to www.nutrisystem.com for more information. Just stick to eating what they tell you to and it works......
