Yep...gotta go with Saudi Arabia then Kuwait.
The thing about the UAE (Dubai) that people don't realise is that most of its finances come from Saudi Arabia, the UK and the US.

Its the Las Vegas of the business community ;-)

Saudi Arabia is the richest Arab Country as it has the most wealth and ther largest oil supply.
Kuwait has the highest per capita income i.e. the people there are the richest

I've been led to believe its Saudi due to the massive size of the reserves that havent even been tapped yet.
I think Saudi Royalty own most of Duabi.
