consider yourself fortunate to like & afford fish. I too eat it often. I'm lucky enough to live next to a fantastic fish market. The fish mongers know me and it's great to sometimes ask their advice. I get to take away (for free) fish heads to make a wnoderful soup. I also buy fish "scraps" - the trimings of salom, sword, tuna, etc... for about $4.00 a pound and make the best of soups with too.
