From a new car dealer, you purchased a 2007 car but the dealership gave you an overstock 2006 model without you knowing it? Is it possible?

Not really. You can tell what year a car is by reading the sticker stuck to the driver side door or the center pillar. Your registration and purchase paperwork would say what year it is supposed to be. If you didn't get the car in the paperwork, then the dealer is is at fault. If you signed for the older car, then it's your fault.

Um, the year is one of the largest things on the window sticker. It's also on the vehicle information decals in the door jam, and encoded in the VIN. That dealer has his work cut out for him.
