find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Hi there! I have MS, for almost 2 years too. And I gained like 30 pounds!! Stupid steroids!! I started weight watchers and I have lost 25 pounds. It easy because there is no working out, and I know that can be hard for some people with MS to do.

Hope this helps!

Everytime you go to the gym no matter what routine you do, always make sure you include ab workouts each and every time. This should be your major target area. You could do a series of ab workouts like crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, ect. Your gym should also have ab machines, they can help if you do the workouts correctly. And make sure you also eat right, stay away from junk food. Keep working out, good luck!

I also have MS, try yoga and walking everyday. Do NOT take saunas or do 'heat yoga' as someone else suggested. Heat can exacerbate your symptoms. Take it easy, do something everyday and you will lose the weight. The steroid weight takes a little while to shed, but mine when naturally, give it some time.

You need to watch your water intake. The more you drink during the day, the easier it is on your body to burn calories and fat. Do your ab exercises before each workout. Stick with strong cardio workouts. Sweat it out. Stay away from heavy weights. Stick with more reps. Always watch your food intake. Calories and fat grams. With solid hard work and dedication, you can achieve anything.

Walk. Walk. Walk. Eating very little (Bowl of cereal in the morning and a bowl of soup at night) with extensive walking helped me lose 30 pounds in two months.
