I'm 19, male, 5'8, 140lbs. I feel like I'm really skinny. I eat alot due to my metabolism but doesn't stick. I'd also like to get bit taller. Do you think I will grow more as I get older? and does metabolism slow down as I get older resulting in some body mass?

At 19, you are probably close to your final height but may not be finished growing yet. Your height is predetermined by genetics but a male continues to grow until age 21.

Weight, on the other hand, is a fluctuating number. Yes, as you get older, you will gain weight because metabolism slows as each year passes (this is because the mitochondria in our cells slow down with age). Also, once you are employed full time, the nature of your job may lead to weight gain...for example, if you have a desk job or computer job where your physical activity is limited.
