I'm more concerned that a pharmacy is carrying opium and meth than the fact that you are stealing.

It's called Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and it is a felony in most states. Is the jail time really worth the money you may or may not make??????

Theft is the crime committed by taking bunch of drugs from the pharmacy under the Penal Law.
