I am in disagreement with the medical community about ideal body weights. I feel they do not take into account and allow for differences in:

bone size
frame size (small, medium or large)
muscle mass
and for women their figures (large breasts must weigh more than small breasts; a shapely or curvy butt must weigh more than a flat butt).

All in all, I feel their "ideal weights" are for the smallest, thinnest segments of our population.

After having two kids, you may not feel comfortable in a bikini but that doesn't mean you are too heavy. I encourage you not to be ashamed of your figure in a bikini from having children.

It is natural to have kids -- and having children does change a woman's figure somewhat. To me, those changes make a woman more attractive.

In a sociology aspect, it makes sense that most men are more attracted to women who can and have reproduced since as a species we are driven to want to reproduce.

There are a wide variety of swimsuit styles out there. I would encourage you to find the style that fits your personal style best.

Hope this helps; please don't fall into the narrow mindset of the medical community and of the magazine covers of the too thin actresses and models; those aren't real women!!

at your height anything between 120 and 150 is healthy but you still could have too much body fat.the only way to look swimsuit good is to eat less and exercise more and focus on problem areas.if you have fat on your stomach you need to do cardio like walking and ab exercises if your arms are too fat you need to lift weights.these are links to why circumcision is not a good thing.

forget about numbers on the scale and focus on changing your body composition, the total bodyweight is irrelevant. for optimum health slightly lower than average is where you want to be, so shoot for 20% body fat. if you focus on that the weight will come off in all the trouble spots
