Well obviously teeth are meant to chew things, but why are teeth the only things that don't grow? A newborns nose is small but it grows, it does not fall off and replaces itself.

It must be because of the gum formation, when we're little childs our gum hasn't grown enough and on the other hand we need to have food. so there are temporary teeth to help us. when the gum takes its natural grown formation, the baby teeth fall and new stronger ones grow.

Children need baby teeth to chew food properly, speak clearly, and smile with confidence. Baby teeth also save space for permanent teeth. If baby teeth are decayed and are not fixed, a child can be in a lot of pain or even lose teeth early. Some baby teeth are in a child's mouth until they 12 to 13 years old, so it is important to keep those teeth healthy.

Have you recently looked at the size of a newborn's mouth?
No way could adult teeth fit.

PRIMARY TEETH, AKA BABY TEETH ONLY COME IN IN ONE SIZE, THEN THESE ARE LOST. THE TEETH THAT ARE NEXT ARE THE PERMANENT TEETH AND THESE ALSO HAVE JUST ONE SIZE. THE REST OF THE FACE GROWS, SO THESE TEETH FIRST SEEM HUGE WHEN ERUPT, BUT THEY ARE NOT.
SO WHY DO HAVE THESE?
BECAUSE WE'RE SUPPOSED TO GET A SECOND SET.
