I work in an office at night. I have a co-worker whom I see once a week, and I always walk her down to her car at 3 am and then go for lunch. She's working an extra day and leaving at 2 am. What's the proper etiquette? Should I still walk her down?

It would be very nice of you to do that for her. It would also help to keep her safer and to feel more secure. I don't know specifically about proper etiquette, but I think you should do it anyway.

WOW Chigga, nine answers I can agree with.. your gentlemanly act has really brought out the best in these folks...walk her down, with a smile and open the doors for her, too.
A lady has nothing to fear when a true gentleman is near.

Yes you should, and if she says no just tell her that you want to make sure she's alright. Besides its 2am, anything can happen in the morning so be a gentlemen and walk her out. Good luck.

I don't think she would complain, I've had co-workers ask me to escort them to their cars at night. In fact at college everyone was advised not to walk alone at night men or women. There were campus security available to walk women to their cars.

Walking her down to her car would be quite chivalrous, I should think.

Cheers!
