They have to be employed or working for a bail bondsmens, so ask which one they are working for and contact them.

Also to be doing a bond recovery, they have to have on thier person at the time of the arrest, the legal bail bond documents to pick up the person.

** they are bail enforcement agents, most don't use the title bounty hunter ( although some still do)

Check with the state fugitive recovery agent registry and that should have all the licenced recovery agents listed. But some work under other peoples licences so check what company they represent and check if they are licenced. Hope this helps. Good luck
