It seems just as credible a source as any. By the way, I don't get my religious knowledge from South Park. My religious knowledge was revealed to me directly from the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

I can just picture it:

God: So John, why didn't you join my church...
John:Well um, this one episode of South Park said that Mormons are crazy weirdos.

That is pretty funny... but sad at the same time.

Have a great day! :)

Yes, it's amazing how people watch an episode of "South Park" and are suddenly experts on "Mormonism".

Dum Dum Dum.

Nice! I think it is irresponsible for people to base their knowledge of something off of a television show. They need to study things out for themselves instead of letting the media infultrate their thinking with hogwash.

What else is funny is that people also get religious knowledge from unverifiable ancient books and manuscripts, from word-of-mouth, from subversive leaders with hidden agendas, from science fiction authors, from stop-motion puppets, from delusional psychopaths and from alien abductions.

All in all, the cartoon might not be the worst source.

You know they're making fun of religion, but most of what they say IS true in some way or another.
