I am not sure I understand. Do you have one friend with multiple personalities and you want to help all the personalities? Or do you have more than one friend with multiple personalities and you want to help all of your friends?

Multiple personalities is a VERY rare condition. Many experts would argue it does not exist.
It is possible that your friends are suffering from something else and should be referred to professional.

Refer them to a therapist! Only professionals are equipped to take care of such a serious problem. I'm sure you're friends can use a good, supportive friend to talk to, and they're be glad to have your support and love.

You can't help. It's out of your realm unless you are a doctor.
