The best way to divide them, Autoimmune, where your own bodies own immune system attacks itself: body and wear and tear. Autoimmune would be Rheumatoid, Psoriatic, Lupus, what they term systemic diseases as they include organs, skin and wear and tear Osteoarthritis, caused by accidents, sport, or just age.

Hi
I can only speak from my personal experience, I have had arthritis for over 20 years now and finally found a "cure", its called "CMO" and its the next best discovery since aspirin, I know its been on the market for over a decade and its sold in over 44 countries and most importantly, it works!!! the company that sells it where I got mine is www.cmohq.com

There are over 110 different forms of the immune system. Best to seek medical advice. The most important thing to remember is you need to slow down the progression of these diseases so there is no destruction. Go see someone, get some medical advice.
