No. China has their own issues with Taiwan. That is their number one priority as far as military matters are concerned. There have been increased missile batteries placed on the east coast of the Chinese mainland.

China will not intervene in Israel because they are going in different areas of the world to increase their influence, such as in Africa and South America. They don't have much at stake in the Middle East except through corporate and governmental contracts with Iran regarding nuclear technologies. China would lose their credibility as an impartial power broker in the world if they nuked Israel. Plus they realize there would be a full-scale nuclear exchange with Israel's capability to launch a counter-attack & possibly attacks from the US.
