We have to use either conocer or saber. I think it would be "¿Conozco tú dónde comprar en México por las gangas?" Am I even close?

Conoces un sitio (or- lugar) donde pueda comprar gangas en Mexico?
I wouldn't use "gangas" though...I would use the word"rebajas" or "ofertas", it sounds a lot better and it is used more often.

just say "sabe donde puedo/podria comprar cosas oferta en mexico?
sabe = do you know
donde = where
puedo = can
podria = may
comprar = to buy
cosas = things
