It sounds perfect to me. But my 8th-grade Spanish teacher was very much like Peggy Hill. However, I've found my distorted Spanish to be an advantage. When I meet someone who speaks primarily Spanish, I attempt to communicate with my Peggy-Hill dialect. That gives the Spanish-speaker enough confidence to use his own imperfect English, which is much better than my Spanish.
When I was in the Army, my platoon went on a 2-week field exercise to Greece. We had absolutely no words in common with the Greek soldiers, but we still managed to communcate effectively about guns, women, and how much time we had remaining in the army. When people want to communicate, they find a way.

It sounds ideal to me. yet my eighth-grade Spanish coach grow to be very similar to Peggy Hill. despite the indisputable fact that, i have positioned my distorted Spanish to be an skills. after I meet every person who speaks highly Spanish, i attempt to communicate with my Peggy-Hill dialect. that promises the Spanish-speaker adequate trust to employ his own imperfect English, it quite is way larger than my Spanish. at the same time as i grow to be in the military, my platoon went on a 2-week issue sport to Greece. We had maximum in all likelihood no words in common with the Greek squaddies, despite the indisputable fact that we though managed to communcate comfortably about guns, women, and what type of time we had very last in the armed forces. at the same time as human beings desire to communicate, they hit upon some way.
