It is probably a Nigerien scam. Don't go for it and don't loose your money. Ignore it.

Dude, it is a 411 scam. I know you lost money, but it is gone and don't sink any more into it. The odds of getting it back are slim to none. Please google 411 scams and educate yourself. If it involves Nigeria and money it is a scam. And damn, did you think the answers would change from the last time you asked this similar question?

Hello Buddy,
If you receive a mail from any company claiming to be Nigerian, check the website http://www.trulynigerian.com to verify their claims, if they are not there ask them to refer to http://www.trulynigerian.com, which would verify their legitimacy and if they r true, would issue their website a seal of authenticity and also create a profile for them.

Kind regards
Ceejay
