Yorkies are so adorable! I've never owned one, but I do own a little Toy Poodle. Some good names for a Yorkie may be... Cali, Emma, Ribbons, Lacy, Buttons, and Coco. They may not be the best but I think they're really cute names.

I'd pick a name that goes with the country of origin. That is Northern England. So an English name would be good. Here is a link that gives feminine Norse names:http://www.vikinganswerlady.com/ONWomensNames.shtml
I like Asa, Amma and Bot (you see I didn't go very far).
There's another site listing losts of names, but doesn't separate male & female, or origin.
I also like to match the dog's personality. Two syllables are the most you'll use, might as well pick a short name.
Have fun with your Yorkie!
Here is a list I found:
Yorkie Female Names
Arby
Fudge
Ariel
Hetty
Baily
Indy
Barbie
Jade
Bella
Juliet
Benji
Lacy
Biddy
Lakota
Binky

OMG! After wanting a Yorkie my whole life, I finally got one about 9 months ago. She is wonderful, I love her so much! She has lots of energy, and is very playful. She sleeps next to me all night and sits with me when I am at home. She weighs 4.5 pounds, and is adorable! I have even taken her out and about with me, but so many places don't allow it so I haven't done it as much now that she is not so tiny as she was before. I would highly recommend this breed! I named my baby Daisy, and my second choice was Gypsy. Both have ie on the end, which sounds good when calling to them and etc. Good luck with your new family member! :)

Yorkies have such fantastic personalities that you should wait until you get her to see what she is like before you name her.
I named one of my puppies Jewel but it was only supposed to be temporary cause I was going to trade her for a puppy from a different bloodline. She wrapped my heart around her little tail and I couldn't trade her and I was stuck with the name she had gotten used to. Jewel does not roll off my tongue easily. LOL

Name her Tequila, it is a cute name that can be interesting as well. An aunt of mine, and a couple friends have Yorkies...they are kinda angry at guests, but nothing that can't be fixed with an addecuate training. They are overall nice dogs, easy to maintain and very loving to the owner.

you ought to continuously call your dogs after a fashion designer call, alcoholic drink, or another "product" which you like. this could provide it a special call fairly of "Max" or some uninteresting call. you recognize you do no longer elect to yell in public "DOODLEBUG!!! NOOO!" Or if some stranger asks you the call of your dogs... you assert, "Captain Jack". they could think of, "Whoa, Captain Jack for a Yorkie? can we are saying Paris Hilton wannabe?"
