I agree with Aurora..
Its important that you don't just just kick someone out on impulse however, or because you got in a fight with them.
If you live together, or even stay at each other's places, responsible adults work things out or move on. If he is your fiancee and you kicked him out, how do you expect to marry him, live with him, and spend the rest of your days with him??
Perhap kicking him out is a sign you're not ready for marriage? In that case..thats a good reason to kick someone out..however, I wouldnt phrase it that way. I'd simply say that you're not ready for marriage and that living apart would make more sense..

The easy answer would be: If you're not happy, kick him out. Especially if he's cheating on you, he's abusive (both verbally and physically), he's involved with drugs, he's an alcoholic, the list can go on.
Now, the big question though...is he named on your lease or rental agreement, or as an owner at your residence? If so, you may not be able to legally kick him out since he legally resides with you. If he's just living with you in YOUR apartment, and he's not on the lease or anything, then you have every right to kick him out with no repercussions.

Cheating is a good enough reason to kick your partner out, IMO.

Good grief, Girl! You sound like you want to kick him out and think you need someone else's approval to do so.
If you don't want him there, tell him to leave. Not wanting him there is all the reason you need.

You don't need an excuse... if it's not going to work, then just tell him, and break it off!
