Are you kidding me? That is quite possibly the funniest thing I have ever heard. Your wanting to know what bible verse to desecrate your body with? How about just not getting the tattoo? That way you can really live God's will and his plan. What kind of testimony do you give by being covered in ink? When people see you all tattooed up there not going to think a Christian, there going to think some crazy idiot who tried to justify doing something wrong by warping it around God. It's like you asking me what apostle you should dedicate this baby slaughtering to.

Stop!
I am not sure precisely, but I believe the Bible says not to be tattooed. And to definitely not show false pride of your faith. If you want to express God's will, pray for it, ask Him to be a vessel to do His works so all glory is His. Treat the body the God gave you and the Holy Spirit breathed life into with respect, it is where your soul lives!

I personally would not get a tattoo, but if I did I would take a line from probably the most well known verse in scripture. John 3:16 and it would say "whosoever includes me"

Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the Lord.
Lev 19:28 (NIV)
he he he - had to throw that in.
How about Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

In my faith we believe that tattoos should not be put onto your body since it is a gift from Heavenly Father and should be prized.. especially when you think that 1/3 of us followed Satan before the Earth was formed and will NEVER get a body because they were cast out of Heaven.

I prefer Hebrews 10:10
10And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Actually I'd get this entire chapter tattooed but it'd be too long..lol

You know the bible is mainly about love and God's will. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul and love your neighbor as your love yourself.
If you want to tatoo something along that line, it's a good reminder that love will conquer all and His will humbles every one.

if its about Gods plan, then Jeremiah 29:11 'for i know the plan i have for you says the lord...'
if i got a tattoo of a bible verse though i would get something from the book of psalms like 'the lord is my light and my salvation.' (psalms 27.1'
