I wasn't a fan of vodka, but recently a friend introduced me to "Grey Goose Vodka", this is truly the best Vodka I have ever tasted. He mixed in a little lime and served it as shots. It goes down so smooth. It doesn't burn your throat like most hard drinks.

that depends on who you are..

Grey goose is nothing great its all about advertising. they buy their alcohol from other manufactures and chemicaly induce it, then filter it. Its crap vodka in a fancy bottle.

Finlandia is good They have done a decent job with their flavors.

Absolut is a good allaround vodka. Its cheap but is a decent reciepe.

Stoli has been around since the begining of time. Its what started the vodka revolution in america way back in the 80's.
The russians still use it as barter and its their main house vodka.

VOX is really good 5 times disstilled and its from the netherland using french wheat.

Ketel One is really good also They are one of the only ones that still distill it using actuall potatoes in smaller batches. This is why it costs more.

3 olives is great if you are using it for martini's. It has a slight flavor that enhances the original martini.

Belvedere is also a great vodka Again made from potatoes they just make it in larger batches.

In closing If you feel like spending money go with ketel one, vox or belvedere. If you want to save some but still enjoy go with Absolut and stoli.

I like Stoli because I love all the different flavors. But I must say that Grey Goose goes down smooth in my martinis.
