i live in PA and from what i have heard i need to get a learners permit all over again, even though i have been driving for over 15 years. this means getting a physical, and i assume taking the test again? all because my license was out of state and i took too long to get a PA one. plus it has been expired for like 2 years. i just hate going to the dmv. anyone have any experience with this?

yes you do have to do all of this, that's the penalty for waiting so long to do it,if you had changed it when you should have it would have been real easy, but its like that in most states now, when you wait too long they make you do the whole thing over, its not that hard just do it and get it over with, good luck with it hope this helps.

Yep, that's the penalty you pay for driving without a license for 2 years and not getting your PA license on time. You made your bed, now it's time to lay in it.

You don't need a physical, by the way.
