Youll have to let the ladies tell you whether they think you are good looking or not, but really, it's different for everyone.
As a guy, let me give you this tip:
Confidence my man. The biggest thing you can do to hit it off well with a female, especially right off the bat, it display confidence in who you are. That doesn't mean reel off a bunch of accomplishments or tell them about how you can run a 4.4-40 meter or something like that. Just carry yourself like you know who you are, and you have the self confidence to talk to anyone about anything.
I am telling you, if you can find that self-awareness and start carrying that confidence with you, it will make a huge difference.
If someone doesn't have an interest in talking with, then screw them. There millions of women out there, and you aren't going to find miss perfect on your first try. In fact, you and every other guy will likely strike out 20 x more than you succeed, but that doesn't mean you don't get back on the horse when you fall off.
Just make the effort to go up and show some interest in another person. Ask them about THEM, and let them ask you about YOU.

well you need to start making the first move dude cus if she does all the move making then she will strt feling lke you dont care after awhile. like she might be cool with making the moves first but after awhile she will feel neglected so BE A MAN and make the move
