I think Adam and Eve had a lot of issues. Incest, nakedness, drinking.
I think there was also peyote in the garden of eden. They were muttering something of talking snakes, and magical apples.

As a completely theoretical point (becuase I honestly don't care) Adam and Eve weren't related in the way the Bible describes their creation. They were created by God, but not his children in a biological sense.
Now, Adam and Eve's children, on the other hand, would definitely have had to have been incestual if they populated the Earth.

I believe in the story of Adam and Eve as simply that, a story. Additionally, I remember reading stories about Adam's first wife Lilith.

Adam and Eve were not incestuous since they were created separately, but their children had to be. But yes, all people can be traced back to the Mitochondrial Eve.
