I need to know if anyone could translate this text by Till Lindemann. I found it in rammstein's newest album rosenrot

geboren in bedrängnis
und an eine sau gelegt
den zitzen zum verhängnis
milch in beiden ohren
so offen ärgernis erregt
gealtert in vergängnis
tod sei dank nicht neugeboren

There are some words that do not exist in German in that form (such as "vergängnis"), but due to the rhyme and the context one can see what is meant here is "Vergänglichkeit". Also "tod sei dank" is a pun on "Gott sei Dank" ('thank god').
