What do you mean "if?" Christ has already restored His Church among us on 6 April 1830--called the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He restored the Church through His holy priesthood bearers and through the first prophet of this, the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times.

Restore His Church? He has no need. In Matthew 16 He said that not even the powers of hell would prevail against His Church.
In other words, He said that His Church would last forever, and would outlast anything that would try to bring it down. No restoration needed.

Restore? I dont think so. He will destroy the Church as it has fornicated his teachings and invented its own principles and doctrines.
