There are no such verses. The first one at least was made up by people in the Roman Catholic church. I don't know about the second one, but I do know what the Bible says.
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
Why would God give husbands and wives the gift of sexual fulfillment and then turn his eyes away as if it was something nasty? He wouldn't. It's just people who have hang ups with sex who try to impose their own views on our wonderful Creator.

I have no verse for you about God not watching people having sex. I also do not have one about Him going to the refrigerator for some Jello.
About comforting a virgin on her wedding night,
Tell her to get ver it. I mean, she;'s getting married, did she think that wouldn't be painful?
