okay so im in the 8th grade in TEXAS (i no we are kinda dumb but we aint stupid!) and im movin to MINNESOTA to live wit my dad. i am a baseball player and was wonderin if ill have a better shot at makin the highschool team, also is the school system harder in minnesota than it is in texas? and do they have an end of the year test like the taks test?
p.s. im in all advanced classes

The midwest does have pretty good schools. I am from WI so I cant truely tell you, but so to GreatSchools.com and punch in your current school and get the rating then put in the school you plan to attend in MN and it will give you the rating and you be the judge. I cant believe you'd have any better or worse of a shot making the baseball team vs your channces in TX. Im sure you will do fine in MN!! The mid west is a great place to live!!! We are friendly and Hard working!! MN is a great state almost as great as WI!!! Good Luck!!

What ever you do get in school quick. If you really are in advanced (AP) classes, please stay awake. You did at least show that you are, well maybe not dumb, but at least uneducated.
Lets hope that they don't give a placement test or you might end up in 6th grade.
