try download.com or typing the program in ask.com. i would recomend utorrent

I think you are referring to Azureus, which is one of many torrent clients. The download link is (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/). If you are new to bittorrents, read this excellent beginner's guide on how to setup Azureus:

i would use Utorrent instead , great program , and easy to use , and set up
