Her body. She was taken up to Heaven after her death, and her soul was reunited with her body. This is the doctrine of the Assumption.

The Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary
This feast has a double object:
(1) the happy departure of Mary from this life;
(2) the assumption of her body into heaven. It is the principal feast of the Blessed Virgin.

The Church has given Mary the title Queen assumed into Heaven;so the answer is C.Why do we believe the Church?Because Our Lord said that" whatever you bind on earth shall be considered bound in Heaven"

Great question. The answer is C. She went up to heaven in a glorified body like Jesus. Something we won't have until the final judgement.
Peace and every blessing!

What makes you think she is in heaven?
Although Mary was blessed above all women as the mother of our Savior and Lord, there is nothing in the Bible to indicate that she was translated to heaven before the general resurrection of the saints, and that has not taken place yet.
After reading a book on the apparent "visions" of Mary, I realize a great number of people are being deluded as tenants of Spiritualism are incorporated into the church.
By the character of answers on YA, I gather that 95 % of responders have NEVER READ THE BIBLE, and are only repeating what their parents or preacher said.
I did a survey while speaking to a Christian congregation one time, and asked how many people had read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Less than 10% raised their hands while looking around at the embarrassed ones.
And some responses to your question reveal a great lack of study. There is a Bible code hidden "until the end of the days", and it is God's last chance to warn humanity of last-day deceptions.
It is well worth reading.

We all have a soul, so not A.
We all have a body, so not C.
Halos are an artistic rendering,
So I will go with B - a spirit.
