Jump start your morning with a simple apple... wait at least 30 minutes before eating anything else. Cut back on your calories and up your workouts to at least 45 minutes of cardio every other day. Switch to Olive oil in place of butter, margarine, and vegetable oil. Add as many fruits and veggies into your diet as you can afford. Instead of 3 meals a day, do 6 smaller meals/snacks... this will help your metabolism.

This years best diet plans can be found at DIETPLANSCIENCE.COM cost free. Does the word "diet and weight loss" immediately make you think of an unpleasant weight-loss regimen? If it did, you are probably not alone. For example, consider the use of the term "diet" in marketing food products—it usually describes foods low in calories, such as diet soda. But there is another meaning of this word. Diet can also refer to the food and drink a person consumes daily and the mental and physical circumstances connected to eating. The Merriam Webster Online Dictionary gives two definitions of nutrition: "the sum of the processes by which an animal or plant takes in and utilizes food" "the act or process of nourishing or being nourished" While both are correct, the second definition is more inclusive and suggests that food involves many different things, including love, satisfaction, and enjoyment. Nutrition involves more than simply eating a “good” diet—it is about nourishment on every level. It involves relationships with family, friends, nature (the environment), our bodies, our community, and the world. Choices about nourishment are very much linked to other human beings and other life forms on this planet, so healthy (and unhealthy) decisions have great impact. lose a lot of weight.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Your "blah blah blah" is the reason you will fail. There is no other safe way to lose weight. If you don't eat right, ultimately you will fail to lose weight, or you will make yourself sick doing it. Then you will eventually gain it all back again. Sorry, but that's the truth. The exercise helps and is necessary, and that is a good step, but no pill will replace good eating. If you are unwilling to face the music, then you'll just have to contend with being fat. Tough luck, dude. Stop being such a baby about it. That said, "eating right" doesn't have to mean eating salad and fruit all the time. It just means controlling portions and not eating too much bad food. It is not like you have to become a vegetarian. You should pay a visit to your doctor to discuss this. The alternatives all contradict your very desire: REALISTIC answers.

By burning enough calories everyday.
One pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. You need to keep your food intake about at 1,200 per day.
You can buy a calorie counter watch to wear everyday. Keep your activity up and keep moving. Take your overal number from up above which is 4,700 calories and makes ure that is what you are burning by your watch everyday.
I lost 35 pounds by this method. Its alot easier than people think. You just have to change your way of thinking.

If there is a clinic at your college then check to see
if they have a dietitian you can speak with. A
dietitian can work with you to set up something
realistic. Sounds like you are getting enough
exercise all ready. Just be patient. You should start seeing results soon.

The disposable income that you spend on those pills is better spent doing your own grocery shopping and preparing your own meals.
This is the cheapest and healthiest way to eat.
Here is a healthy foods list and a sample meal plan.

Sid, one of the easiest ways to lose weight is to cut out sugar-based soda pop from your diet, completely. (And don't replace the soda pop with fruit juice -- just have that for breakfast. Juice is loaded with carbs and therefore, calories.)

Just try to eat less fat.
If your eating a lot of bread, get wheat instead of white.
or if your like living off ramen noodles and mac n cheese.
try a healthier kind of mac n cheese or opt for wheat noodles.
if you can eat fruits and vegetables but if not, just try to eat less fat.
or excercise more.
