I answered another question of yours in pain management and I wanted you to know that having acne is a byproduct of constipation. Toxins store in the intestines and go back through the bloodstream resulting in acne.
I think Neutrogena has some of the best acne products and very reasonable prices. You can find them in any drug store.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

An excellent remedy for pimples or acne-prone skin can be made by mixing 1 teaspoon ground cloves with 2 tablespoons fullers earth and ice water. When you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks to rid yourself of acne. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

My advice is to use benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and sulfur together...using all three have been known to fight the problem (acne) faster. I am not sure of your skin type but if you have sensitive skin...steer clear of using all three at once as a skin care routine. I use St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub, Clearasil Sulfur acne treatment and Proactive cleanser which contains benzoyl peroxide. Those three have given me better, but not the best, results in comparison to one of those products alone. Good luck.

I live in oz. The best product out here is Cetaphil. Recommended by my dermo. fantastic stuff, good price. You get it at a chemist. I'm sure you could get it over seas if you dont live in Aust. It is gentle, wont clog, softens the skin and is great for all skin types. It wont sting the eyes and you can remove face and eye makeup with it. Try it. You will love it!
