i want to paint my room and want stylish color(s). I like warm colors and colors that are relaxing. Any suggestions out there?

go to lowe's.com, click on project center & use the virtual painter. You can paint sample rooms with hundreds of colors including designer, i.e. eddie bauer, waverly, laura ashley, etc. Keep playing with it til you find the color/s you like best. You can print out the colors & take it with you when you go buy your paint.

Go shopping and pick out a print that you really really like the colors. Then decide on which color should be the basic wall colors. Then you can choose a second color to maybe be the bedspread and a third color to be an accent color.

There is a very popular light brown color with natural color carpet or light wood floor, and aqua colored bedding with white accents. The brown and aqua is very "spa" colored, with the warm coming from the brown and natural, with the relaxing color coming from the aqua.

paint your room in a color that compliments you. A color that you wear well. It will make you feel at ease!
