When cops get arrested by the feds, they are usually arrested and charged with civil rights violations.

Federal Officers can and do arrest "bad cops" occasionally but typically the agency the officer is affiliated with has an internal affairs division the summons other officers to aid in the arrest when their investigation determines the officer acted in a criminal capacity.

FBI can arrest police officers if they commit a federal crime. As can state and even local police officers arrest other police officers if they commit state crimes.

Not in the Wineski or Trempealeau County cases but they did investigate me for reporting those cases to the FBI. (Famous But Incompetent)

They usually run an investgation and work with internal affairs of the local governments. So yes, they do.
