When officers were arrested by investigators or FBI officials before they got fired, sued by people for civil right violations, sentence to prison.

I don't find a question in there. I have no doubt that these things have occurred, but I know nothing about them, and, I doubt that you do either. Most cops are honest. End of story.
If you can prove something, go for it. Bad cops are evil, and, I think that you will find that cops will oppose them.

Yes those are felonies. Misconduct carries 3 years in WI, that's the max and I think it's an insult to the people who's lives were destroyed by these cops. They should be charged with treason. After all they did swear an oath to state and country.

Proving any of these charges on a policeman are terribly hard. Official misconduct is a term of not doing the job they were paid to do. Hard to prove - all the laws are tilted to protect them.
