It's not that I don't want your prayers...

It's that my mind is too inquisitive to accept outright any one of the hundreds of different concrete, absolute definitions or notions of God, salvation or eternity thus far. I don't choose to be a skeptic any more than a smart person chooses to be smart or an ignorant person chooses to be ignorant. I have to question because my brain is very analytical.

If I have a transformation, it will likely come when I am enjoying the beauty of some untouched wilderness, rather than the inside of an organized religious establishment.

Until then, I am keeping my life together and devoting my career to helping troubled youth.

Pray for me if it satisfies you.

That's so arrogant of you. Perhaps instead of offering your "love" and "prayers", you could instead get your god to do his own convincing, because he hasn't yet.

Consider this:
1) You believe that God is omniscient
2) You bleieve that God is omnipotent
3) You believe that God really wants us to believe he exists
4) You think he wants us to follow him once we do believe he exists.

Note that we can't really follow him until we're convinced he exists. And we can't really do our own convincing of ourselves in the absence of any real evidence. Your god, if he exists, could provide convincing evidence, but he hasn't. So, he has forced us not to follow him. If we believed he existed, we would have the choice of whether we wanted to follow him or not. However, he has taken away that choice.

Either than or he is either not omniscient, not omnipotend, or doesn't want us to believe he exists.

Or... He doesn't exist.

There is much evidence that all religions are man-made, and so are their gods. There is also much evidence of how humans create myths and believe them, in the absence of evidence.

There is no evidence that your god exists. I really don't care how worked up you are emotionally about your fiction. It is still a fiction.

What is it that you are asking out of love? (I couldn't find the question.)
